0১ নভেম্বর হতে ৩0 জুন পর্যন্ত মোট ০৮ (আট) মাস ১০ ইঞ্চি বা ২৫ সে.মি. সাইজের ইলিশ মাছ (জাটকা) আহরণ, পরিবহন, ক্রয়-বিক্রয়, মজুদ, বিনিময় দন্ডনীয় অপরাধ। সুতরাং অত্র উপজেলার মৎস্যচাষী/মৎস্যজীবীদের অবগতির নিমিত্ত জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, আপনারা জাটকা আহরণ, পরিবহন, ক্রয়-বিক্রয়, মজুদ, বিনিময় থেকে বিরত থাকুন  ।
